The MGSU Admission 2024 application form has been released for various UG & PG courses.

Candidates are able to fill the application form through online mode, no offline facility is provided.

To apply for the particular course at MGS university, candidates must check out the eligibility criteria below.

During registration, candidates must be careful as their will be no correction facility provided to make changes in form.

After filling the details, upload the requisite documents such as Photograph, Signature & other Certificates in specific format.

Candidates are suggested to recheck the filled details in the form and submit it on the website.

Complete the application procedure by submitting the prescribed amount of application fee using available gateways.

Application Fee:

1. The application fee is of Rs. 100/- for every category candidates.
2. Candidates can submit the application fee through Challan/ Demand Draft facility.
3. There will be no online method provided to submit the application fee.
4. Submitted fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

MGSU Admission 2024 Eligibility Criteria

For M.Sc. Course:

Qualification: A graduated candidates in relevant discipline from any recognized university/ institute will be eligible to apply.
Marks: At least 55% marks must be scored by general category and 50% marks for SC/ ST category to apply.
Appearing: Those appearing candidates in the final semester will also apply.

For MCA Course:

Qualification: Applying candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in CS or IT related streams from any recognized university will apply.
Marks: To be eligible, candidates must score at least 50% marks for general and 45% marks for reserved category candidates.
Appearing: Those appearing candidates in the final year of program will be eligible to apply.

For M.A. Course:

Qualification: A graduated candidates in relevant discipline from any recognized university/ institute will be eligible to apply.
Marks: At least 55% marks must be scored by general category and 50% marks for SC/ ST category to apply.
Appearing: Those appearing candidates in the final semester will also apply.

For M.Com. Course:

Qualification: A graduated candidates in relevant discipline from any recognized university/ institute will be eligible to apply.
Marks: At least 55% marks must be scored by general category and 50% marks for SC/ ST category to apply.
Appearing: Those appearing candidates in the final semester will also apply.

MGSU Admission 2024 Result/ Merit List

MGSU Admission 2024 Result will be released in the first week of September 2024. Candidates will be able to access the result through online mode. The result will be released for those candidates who will appear in the entrance examination. To download the result, candidates will have to use their login credentials on the website.

Selection to the various UG & PG courses will be provided on the basis of the merit list. A separate merit list will be released by the university for every courses. It will be available in the form of PDF on the website. On the basis of the merit list, the candidates will be shortlisted for further admission procedure. Aspirants are advised to keep their result/ merit list safe till the completion of admission procedure.

MGSU Admission 2024 Counselling

MGSU Bikaner, Rajasthan will organize a counselling procedure for shortlisted candidates. Selected candidates will be able to participate in the counselling procedure through online mode. It is expected to be started from the first week of September 2024. University will invite the those candidates whose name will be appear in the merit list. The seats will be allocated to the candidates in counselling session.

To confirm their seats, candidates will have to report to the centre. The final selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of the performance in entrance exam, seat allotment, merit list, etc. At the time of reporting, candidates will have to carry the original documents for verification purpose. After verifying the documents, the final seats will be allotted to the candidates. Here we have mentioned the documents need to be carry:
